Upgrading Your Subscription

  1. Navigate to the Subscription page
  2. Click Upgrade under the plan you wish to upgrade to
  3. Complete your purchase on the Stripe checkout screen

Canceling Your Subscription

  1. Navigate to the Account and Billing page
  2. Click Invoices and Payment Methods on the top right
  3. Click Cancel Subscription

Managing Payment Methods and Billing Information

  1. Navigate to the Subscription page
  2. Click Invoices & Payment Methods

  4. Click Update information to update your billing information (eg. name, address, company, VAT info) Billing information update form

Managing Subscription Renewals

Your subscription will auto-renew monthly or annually, depending on the type of subscription you’ve purchased.Cancelling the subscription yourself will keep the subscription active till the end of your billing period.
For mobile app purchase, you will have to manage your subscriptions through either the Apple App Store or Android Play Store.
